A e o n I c

Aeonic is an exhibition project curated and developed by Veronica Vossen with invited artist Brian D. Hodgson.

The collaboration of the 2 artists is founded in shared inspirations, both of the unique biosphere of Coigach and Assynt in the far Northwest Highlands of Scotland, and in a performative and immersive engagement with this distinctive wild and remote realm that holds aeonic evolutionary, climactic and elemental narratives.

The exhibition opened in its first venue in June 2023 at An Talla Solais Visual Arts Centre, Ullapool, a vibrant centre of the NW Highland region within which the work evolved.
